We are a self-started family owned business in the HVAC contracting trade for twenty-three years. Our business provides sales, service and installation of residential, commercial and light industrial jobs, within and around a 30-mile radius of Evansville, WI. We furnish free estimates and 24-hour emergency service. Our trucks are office dispatched, cell phone and pager equipped, and we are licensed, bonded and fully insured. We have a full fabrication sheet metal shop amply staffed to handle walk-in and specialty needs. We use a flat rate pricing system, giving the customer a firm quote the first time, every time.

One of our most unique qualities is that we have developed the “CARE” (Complete Annual Repair Endorsement) maintenance program for our service customers since 1995. This gives our customers the best service for their dollar and us a prepaid service call that we can schedule at our convenience. This helps to control the workload that changes due to weather and gives us an actual repeat customer base, which is an added value to the overall company.

Contractors who are there for the install sale and gone too often frequent this market. In other words they take the money and run neglecting the buyers further needs. Our company keeps track of our equipment beyond current homeowner changes so we can be there for future upgrades. We are now replacing units that we installed in the first couple years of business.
