Our company's main product line is Carrier; however we also carry several boiler products, including the Heatmor out-door wood boilers. We repair most makes and models of furnaces, excluding only trailer homes as we are not an authorized dealer for mobile home equipment and obtaining parts is very difficult.

We do sales, service and installation of residential, commercial and light industrial jobs, within and around a 45 mile radius of Evansville, WI, but not leaving our state. We give free estimates, 24 hour emergency service, our trucks are office-dispatched, we are licensed, bonded and fully insured. We have a full fabrication sheet metal shop fully staffed to handle walk-in and specialty needs. We have been a family owned business for 31 years using a flat rate pricing system. Giving the customer a firm fair quote the first time, every time.

One of our most unique qualities is that we have developed The "VALUE" (Visible Advantage Lowers Usual Expense) maintenance program for our service customers giving them the best service for their dollar and us an off-season service call that we can schedule at our convenience. • Make sure your furniture location doesn't hinder the flow of air from registers or to the return grill.
• If your system doesn't seem to be working right, check your filter, it may be excessively dirty or blocked.
• Keep the area around your outdoor unit free of weeds and other foliage as they will restrict air flow and cause inefficiency.
• If any unusual noises are heard from the equipment let us know. It could prevent a major breakdown.
• If you're not getting any heating or cooling, check the circuit breakers before calling for help needlessly.
• Minimize the number of times you re-adjust the thermostat, each change will waste a little energy.
• Make sure your clothes dryer is vented to the outside; this will reduce the air conditioning load and excessive moisture.
• Should a lightning storm occur with power flickering off & on, turn the thermostat to the off position until it stabilizes.
