R.A. Heating was founded April 15, 1980 by Ron and Connie Arndt. The first work was done out of the trunk of their car, and the office was in their home with a shop in the basement of the present Baker Block Apartments, downtown Evansville. In 1981 the former Ford garage at 16 S. Madison St. Evansville was bought from Don Thompson on land contract. That building served the company until June, 1 1996 after which the present building was built and occupied.

Our building is 23,000 square feet of: comfortable office and traing area, service department, sheet metal fabricating shop, warehouse and receiving area with indoor vehicle loading and parking at 598 Water St., Evansville, WI 53536.

It is indeed our pleasure to announce the opening of the R.A. Heating and Air Conditioning ShowRoom on July 14 2003, located at 1978 S. Stoughton Road, Madison, WI 53716.

This is a 3000 square foot ''working'' ShowRoom where you can have a hands-on experience. You will be able to walk around and try out R.A.'s wide range of Carrier equipment and complimentary residential accessories to complete your indoor weather comfort.
