R.A. Heating specializes in residential, commercial, and light industrial HVAC heating and air conditioning transactions and was founded April 15, 1980 by Ron and Connie Arndt. A self-started family owned business which is currently a WBE (Women’s Business Enterprise) Company with Connie Arndt being the President and majority shareholder. Certification #WI-1759-WBE

The first work was done out of the trunk of their car, and the office was in their home with a shop in the basement of the present Baker Block Apartments, downtown Evansville. In 1981 the former Ford garage at 16 S. Madison St. Evansville was bought from Don Thompson on land contract. That building served the company until June 1, 1996 after which the present building was built and occupied.

Our building is 23,000 square feet of: comfortable office and training area, service department, sheet metal fabricating shop, warehouse and receiving area with indoor vehicle loading and parking at 598 Water St., Evansville, WI 53536.
