Ryan is the son of Ron and Connie Arndt. He has grown up around the business and has been working with the family since 1993. Ryan has been trained in every aspect of the business, working his way up from the bottom doing shop fabrication, installation both residential and commercial, replacements, service, sales and management.

Education: Graduated Evansville High School in 1997. Ryan took courses at UW Rock County and graduated from Madison Area Technical College where he obtained his HVAC apprenticeship and is now a journeyman. He is NATE certified, as well as certified with the Carrier University in Strategic System Selling and Product Essentials.

Hobbies: Ryan’s hobbies include almost anything outdoors. He loves to hunt and fish. He is a member of the Brooklyn Sportsman Club and the Evansville Country Club.

Family: Married to his wife Lisa in 2005, and they have two children: Lindsey and Riley.
