John Novak has been a part of the RA Heating & Air Conditioning company since 1996. Starting part time at 16, the HVAC industry became a full time job after graduating high school. Beginning his career with shop fabrication, he progressed to installation, replacements, service and then estimating. John has worked with residential, commercial and light industrial applications and is well versed with alternative fuel sources and sustainable energy systems. He is also currently serving on the Carrier Dealer Council.

A 1987 Graduate of Monroe High School, John has continued his education with the industry and obtained many credentials including: Wisconsin State HVAC Qualifiers credential, EPA Universal Refrigerant certification, DIHLR Refrigerant Handling certification, OSHA Construction Safety & Health certification, NATE (North American Testing Excellence) Service/Installation certification, ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) Blueprint certification, Carrier Geothermal Service/Installation certification, Carrier Geothermal Loop Design certification, Carrier Healthy Air Expert certification, Carrier College Residential Sales certification, Beckett Oil Burner certification, Rehau In-floor Heating Design & Installation certification.

John is involved with outdoor and wildlife conservation and is a member of Pheasants Forever and serves on two committees for Ducks Unlimited in Wisconsin. He and his wife Rita have four children and four grandchildren.
